Moscow Sights, Sounds and Hotels
Correlated inextricably to all the most principal historical and political events in Russia since the 13th century, the Kremlin is the most prominent of Russian fortresses to which all Russian roads lead, and from which the majority of Russian power exudes. Built by notable Russian and foreign architects during the period between the 14th and 17th centuries, this oldest part of Moscow was the residence of the Great Prince and also functioned as a religious centre. Among the many interesting and awe inspiring sights in Moscow’s Kremlin are the Cathedral of the Assumption, the Cathedral of the Annunciation, the Cathedral of the Archangel Michael, the largest cannon in the world: Czar Cannon, and the largest bell in the world: Czar Bell. St Basil's Basilica is one of the most magnificent Russian Orthodox monuments found at the foot of the Kremlin’s ramparts, on Red Square.
There are many astoundingly interesting sites and sounds in Moscow city, all of which one should experience at least once in their lifetime. As soon as you get the chance, have a look at some of the noteworthy Moscow hotels and visit the Moscow Kremlin in person.
